Clear Mind
Removing the voice of the entities eg. "you're not good enough" "Don't do that today, do it tomorrow" or even worse, the "harm voice". I feel we all have these voices to some level, which is linked to our trauma, realising what it is, is the first step.
Quit Habits
We have had clients report, quitting old habits such as smoking and drinking. They say they just no longer feel like doing it anymore! Some of these old habits are fed by the entities and in return, when you do it, you open yourself up to let them in and so the cycle goes round.
Remove Blockages
Reports of literal *cough* blockages have been removed, I don't call myself the sh!t clearer for nothing you know! LOL By removing the heavy energy, it can allow your natural flow of energy to occur.

How does it work?
To explain energy can be quite difficult. We have so many blockages from indoctrination that it can be hard to embody the information sometimes. We are all still trying to relearn what we have given away and/or had taken.
Now there are plenty of love and light places out there for you to choose from, I'm not one of those. While love is the answer, awareness is key. There is a lot more going on in this world and we cannot simply turn the other way and pretend it does not exist. The saying "truth hurts", is so very true.
The easiest way I can explain how it all works is..... everything is energy, absolutely everything, what we can see physically and also what we cannot physically see. Therefore, everything is connected in this way. The light spectrum of what we can see is extremely limited in what we can see with our physical eyes.
All energy is vibrating at its own frequency, just light colours, each colour is vibrating at a different frequency and that's how we see two different colours side by side.
Lets take cell towers for eg. We cannot see the frequency being emitted from the towers or from our mobile phones, wifi devices, Bluetooth etc but yet we hear them working. Energy work is no different. So while I mainly work remotely (a client books a session, I carry this out when I have availability and let them know once complete) this is a similar concept to the mobile phone. I make intention to connect to your energy and its done. This is why we need to be very careful of our thoughts, they carry intent with them. Once connected, I use a range of skills, visual, feeling, knowing are my main focus.
These sessions are like a detox for your energy, so please be mindful and treat yourself with respect, give yourself the love and space you need to heal, it is vital. The more mindful you are, the clearer everything becomes.
